House System

One of many great benefits of homeschool is that students interact daily with adults and students other than the same grade in which they find themselves. The “House System” is a mechanism by which a small Christian school can retain that same benefit and have a healthy sense of competition among student leaders and athletes.

LWCA’s Houses are:
– House of Athens (In honor of the Haynie, Huff, and Jylha families)
– House of Brendlen
– House of Cunningham

As our student population grows and a fourth house is needed, it will be the House of Derby.
